1. In line with Covid Regulations and to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff, all draws for this promotion will take place on the casino floor with no spectators allowed. Patrons will only be allowed to come to the stage if their patron number has been called out (as a winner) otherwise every patron must be at the gaming device.
2. Qualifiers that have activated their tickets they don’t have to be present at the draws, the casino will use the contact details that is available on the database gaming system to communicate to the winner/s (only if they have opted-in for communication). Otherwise if opted-out – the qualifiers who activated their tickets will have to check with Customer Service Desk if they were selected as winners.
3. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random electronic draw and will be announced via Complex Audio. Prizes may be collected after the draw during trading hours. All Winners will be notified telephonically via contact details listed on the Gaming Management System
4. Tsogo Sun Gaming reserves the right to cancel and/or alter the duration of this promotion in the event of forced restrictions being placed on its operation
5. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
6. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
7. This promotional competition is open to all Rewards Programme cardholders (opted-in or opted-out of communication) only those who have opted in for SMS communication will receive SMS about the promotion or their winnings if selected.
8. Participants earn points by playing Slots and/or Tables whilst using their Rewards Cards during the Promotional Period.
WEEKLY DRAWS
9. Draws will be held weekly at the property (02, 09, 16, 23, and 30 Apr)
• All Draws will be held on the casino floor at 7pm on Saturday
• Blackrock will select 7 winners each week
• Each weekly winner will receive R7000 Cash
• A participant may only be selected once weekly (during the weekly draws)
• Marketing Representatives will notify the weekly winners via sms provided that the winner or patron is opted in to receive SMS communication from Blackrock casino
• Patrons will be given 7 working days to claim their prize
• Unclaimed prizes (Cash, FreePlay, weekly draw tickets will be forfeited if not collected within 7 working days
10. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
11. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees) within 15 days
12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
13. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition shall be disqualified.

15. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the relevant draws, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method shall be used, at the sole discretion of Blackrock Casinos’ management.
17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
18. Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition. Neither the images depicted in advertisements nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise indicated by the casino.
