- Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
- This promotional competition is exclusive to Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

- Midweek Fortune: RAPS Draws (Wed)
Draws will be held every Wednesday and Thursday at the property as per below requirements:
Wednesday Draws:
Patrons need to be actively playing in order to win. The Wednesday activation is a bonusing feature which uses a Random Active Player Selector application, the RAPS application chooses active players. No specific points required, cardholders will be required to be actively gaming on any Slot or Table games using their Rewards card between 6pm to 9pm on Wednesdays
Wednesday Draws:
- Draws will be held every Wednesday between 6pm and 9pm
- Wednesday draws will be conducted through RAPS. RAPS will automatically select random machines or tables where patrons are playing and active and print a ticket which we will use to verify the winner, this process will happen in intervals of an hour
- Security will verify the patron using the ticket, the patrons GMS image and the rewards card, the slip will thereafter be signed by the patron.
- Patrons must be active on their favourite Slots or Tables in order to be selected and to claim their prize and they must be in possession of their Rewards card and positive and acceptable form of identification.
- A total of 8 winners will be selected between 6pm & 9pm.
- 2 participants will be selected through RAPS draw selection every hour
- After a ticket has been selected via RAPS draw selector, a marketing representative and security personnel must proceed to the location of the selected active player/possible winner for verification
- Once the verification process has been completed the participant will have to choose a specific prize from the envelope
- Each participant drawn will have the opportunity to choose a prize from the envelope
- Prizes inside the envelope will range between R300 – R1000 Cash
Thursday Draws: Electronic Draws-Teeds System (Thurs)
- All Thursday draws will be conducted through an electronic draw
- All Thursday draws will take place at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm
- Rewards cardholders will be required to visit and play 7 days prior to the next draw date and earn a minimum 100 points
- Tickets are capped to 2000 tickets per cardholder
- All draws will take place at the casino main stage area
- Guest must swipe their rewards cardholders at the eHost every Thursday specifically to draw dates in order to print their receipts, of which must be kept until draw times
- Tickets will be activated on the day of the draw from the morning 09h00
- 3 participants will be selected on each draw period on Thursday’s through electronic draw selection
- Each selected patron will win a specific Cash prize according to the draw period they are selected on
- Cash prizes will differ according to each draw period
- Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition. Neither the images depicted in advertisements nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise indicated by the casino.
- Participants will have 90 seconds to be verified on stage in order to claim the prize.
- A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Service Desk on the day of the draw (Every Thursday) for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
- Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process. (Please refer to the prescribed Proxy nomination form for this purpose).
- Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket receipt and positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
- Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
- Verified winners (or proxies) will choose a prizes as per promotion requirements and rules.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
