Terms & Conditions
1. Blackrock Rewards cardholders’ discounts is limited to one car per day
2. Visitors are to clear their valuables from inside the car. Blackrock Casino and its employees are not responsible for loss of property
3. Payment for vehicle wash/cleaning is to be made at Customer Service Desk situated inside the casino. Owner of the car will be issued with a receipt as proof of payment to be presented to the car wash attendants
4. Car Wash Attendants are not allowed to attend to any vehicle without proof of payment
5. Payments need to be done in advance prior to the car being washed
6. Blackrock COVID-19 Protocols must be adhered to at all times
