1. In line with Covid Regulations and to ensure the safety of our Patrons and staff, all attempts at opening the safe for this promotion will take place at the customer service desk, under camera coverage, and no spectators or gatherings will be allowed. Tsogo Sun Gaming reserves the right to cancel and/or alter the duration of this promotion in the event of forced restrictions being placed on its operation.
2. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;

6. Points earning for the daily “Code Breaker” sessions will be 500 Points
7. Draw entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
8. Only one prize winner will receive the prize should they guess the correct pin combination for the safe
9. Participants must keep the original receipt counterfoil for verification purposes.
10. Guests cannot decline to participate in the daily sessions as they will need to take part in the sessions after they qualify. They do however only have one chance to open the safe between 09h00 and 18h00 the day after they qualified/ achieved point’s target.
11. All qualifiers will be contacted via SMS communication
12. Communication to follow the next day for points earned on a public holiday or Sunday gaming day to be communicated on the following working day/ normal day.
13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
14. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw at the Customer Service Desk.
15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;

17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by their participation;
19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
