1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or take part in this promotion
2. Qualifiers that have activated their tickets have to be present at the draws
3. Tsogo Sun Gaming reserves the right to cancel and/or alter the duration of this promotion in case of forced restrictions are placed on its operation
4. Any person who is under 18, who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or taking part in this promotional competition.
5. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
6. This promotional competition is open to all Rewards Programme cardholders (opted-in or opted-out of communication) only those who have opted in for SMS communication will receive an SMS about the promotion or their winnings if selected.
7. Participants earn points by playing Slots and/or Tables whilst using their Rewards Cards during the Promotional specified Period.
THE FIRST AND LAST SAT OF THE MONTH DRAWS
8. Draws will be held during specified days of the first and last Sat of the month at the property
• All Draws will be held on the casino floor at 20h00, 21h00, and 22h00
• Blackrock will select a total of 15 winners a day, 5 possible winners for each tier
• Winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector (TEEDS system)
• All winners will receive cash prizes only based on their card tier, which is illustrated below:
o Gold: R1000 Cash X5 Winners
o Plat: R3000 Cash X5 Winners
o Black: R6000 Cash X5 Winners
• A participant may only be selected during promotion days, the first and last Sat of the month.
• A participant may only be selected once
• Patrons claim their prize on the same day of the promotion
9. Entries cannot be bought for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
10. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees) within 15 days at the Customer Service desk and claim winning at the Cash Desk.
11. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition shall be disqualified.

14. Every participant in the promotion shall be considered to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
15. In case of technical failure or damage to the device used for the relevant draws, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method shall be used, at the sole discretion of Blackrock Casinos’ management.
16. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
17. Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition. Neither the images depicted in advertisements, nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise shown by the casino.
