1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion is open to all Blackrock Rewards cardholders, subject to pre-determined entry criteria. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, through any other form of consideration only entry criteria during the promotional period will be considered.
4. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
5. The prize winner must claim the prize at the Blackrock’s Tsogo Rewards Desk within 15 days of the draw.
6. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
7. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
8. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
10. Participation in this promotion is exclusive to Tsogo Rewards cardholders during promotion times and dates.
11. Tickets earning criteria will be as follows:
    1. Patrons who won on Wednesday receive: 1 addition ticket and a minimum of 50 points will guarantee entry into the draw.
12. Draw entries for Thursday midday draws, must be activated at the eHosts within the advertised times and dates.
13. Earned tickets are only valid for the weekly Thursday draws. Points earned in one period or weekly cycle will not be carried over to the following week.
14. Guests must swipe their Blackrock Rewards cards at the eHost on draw dates in order to enter the draw, receipts must be kept for the draw times.
15. Weekday Moolah: RAPS Draws (Wednesday)
    1. Patrons need to be actively playing in order to win. The Wednesday activation is a bonusing feature which uses a Random Active Player Selector application, the RAPS application chooses active players. Therefore players need to use their Rewards card on any Slots or Tables game to be eligible to win.

Selected Wednesday Draws:

• Wednesday draws will be conducted through RAPS.  RAPS will automatically select random machines or tables where patrons are playing and active and print a ticket which we will use to verify the winner, this process will happen in intervals of an hour
• A promo girl with the help of a security personnel (for verification), marketing host and a slots host, will go with the promo girl to the machine to inform the patron that they have won R200 – R1000 Cash.
• Security will verify the patron using the ticket, the patrons GMS image and the Tsogo rewards card, the slip will thereafter be signed by the patron.
• Prize winners must be present on the winning Slots or Tables to claim their prize and must be in possession of their Tsogo Rewards card as well as positive and acceptable form of identification.
• A total of 8 winners will be selected between 6pm & 9pm.
• Draws will cover the whole casino floor including the prive.

SELECTED WEDNESDAY DRAWS:

Draw times: 18h00, 19h00, 20h00 & 21h00

• 8 participants will be selected through RAPS draw selection during draw time on Wednesday’s

• Each participant drawn will have the opportunity to choose a prize from the envelope
• Prizes on the day will range from R200 to R1000 Cash.
• Once the participant has been chosen and verified, patron will need to go to the Tsogo Rewards desk in order to claim their prize.
• Total to be won will be R5 000.00 cash each Wednesday.

16. Weekday Moolah: Electronic Draw – Teeds System.
    1. Patrons have the option of not being present during the draw times, (as per clause 19 and 20 of the promotional rules). Patrons can register to the Tsogo Rewards Desk. Patrons can either decline being present by presenting valid identification and they also have an option of nominating someone to act on their behalf (optional).

Thursday Draws:

• All Thursday draws will be conducted through an electronic draw at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm
• Patrons who won on Wednesday receive: 1 addition ticket and a minimum of 50 points will guarantee entry into the draw.
• Tickets are uncapped and will not be carried over to the next draw date
• All draws will take place at the casino main stage area
• Guest must swipe their rewards cardholders at the eHost every Thursday specifically to draw dates in order to print their receipts, of which must be kept until draw times
• Tickets will be activated on the day of the draw from the morning 09h00
• A total of 9 winners will be selected between 1pm & 3pm.

THURSDAY’S SPECIFIC DRAW DATES:

• 3 participants will be selected on each draw period on Thursday’s through electronic draw selection
• Each selected patron will win a specific Cash prize according to the draw period they are selected on

17. Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition. Neither the images depicted in advertisements nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise indicated by the casino.
18. Participants will have 90 seconds to be verified on stage in order to claim the prize.
19. A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk on the day of the draw (Every Thursday) for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
20. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process. (Please refer to the prescribed Proxy nomination form for this purpose).
21. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket receipt and positive and acceptable form of identification.
22. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
23. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
24. Verified winners (or proxies) will choose a prizes as per promotion requirements and rules.
25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
